Active campaign selector for Silent Hunter 5
--------------------------------------------

Version 0.06

This program allows you to switch your active SH5 campaign without completing any objectives.

Usage: unpack the archive wherever you want and run sh5acsxxx.exe. No installation is necessary.

1) Select the save game you want to modify in the left list (by default, your last save is already selected).

2) Select the campaign you want to switch to in the right list.

3) Press Ok and wait until program finishes.

What's new:

Is this safe to use? Basically all I need to do then is select a save campaign and alter it?

Does this allow me to change submarines also? Or if I start a new campaign with a Type VIIA I can end up in 1943 with one too?

Yes, it only changes your active campaign, without altering dates and any other stuff.

Not yet. I'm now working on full-featured SH5 save editor, though.

Sounds good for mods testing purposes.

Thanks

Edit: ouch if it doesn't alter dates, it is actually useless because severals AI scripts triggers are using dates.

As promised, I added the option to change current player date to the start of new campaign. Download link is in the first post.

Enjoy.

Couple problems,

For one, no equipment becomes available in may 1943.. game still thinks its 1939

Also, I didnt get any objectives after seeing my Fleet Officer Briefing in Black May..

Wondering if this has to do with post #4 which has since been fixed.

very nice!

too bad I don't have any other campiagns open but happy times

I am getting tired of my VIIA, and I am thinking of a way I can get into a VIIC without having to find out how
is this something you plan on including in your save editor?

I'm in the middle of Western Approaches, but am running short of time.

Since you need "major victory" in said campaign to get Operation Drumbeat, I was wondering...Will this allow one to "unlock" Op. Drumbeat?
