You are not telling the whole story, nor giving dates. Sales and profits are two different things. Any company can have high sales, and still operate at a loss.

That's right, Ubisoft's profits are down by more than €70 million (over $100 million) from the same period last year to rest firmly in the red.

From a profitable first half of fiscal 2008-09 of roughly €24 million to just over €52 million in losses in the first half of fiscal 2009-10, Ubisoft's profits have experienced a year-over-year change of -316.53 percent.

I hate to say it, but I'm kinda in the same boat as TC though I wouldn't go so far as to say I've had it and will not play this game ever again.

I am simply not playing it until it gets patched up to what I would consider a "playable state". (And yes, I have all the recommended mods etc)

If Ubisoft can't be bothered to patch the game up (I consider the list of 1.2 to be a step on the way) then I will simply stop purchasing anymore Ubisoft products. (I have been a loyal Ubisoft customer since Rainbow 6 on the xbox) I bought a game expecting a decent experience, not to pay Ubisoft to become an unofficial Beta-tester.

For now, all I can do is say Meh! while flicking my right hand in a dismissive manner.
