![]() On the bridge, vsync on (shadows off): Looking straight, about 30-35 fps Looking to the right pretty much same Looking behind, up to 42-3 fps Looking to the left, mid 30 fps It all depends on objects that card is rendering at the moment. But having only 13 fps with 260 thats definately something strange going on ![]() My specs: (3 years old machine, GTX280 2 years) Q6600 4GB RAM Win vista 64 bit Ultimate Looking forward for the full machine upgrade at the end of the year. |

Thank you very much that is exactly the info i needed. That tells me my 8800GT was doing a good job from the get go. I assumed it was way to slow when i guess it wasnt. I also assumed that upgrading to a gtx260 would get me mid 40's. Still dont explain why the gtx260 is so bad though but at least i now know that trying to get 40-50fps on the bridge at the beginning of that mission is impossible (looking straight ahead anyway) no matter what your pc specs are. |

I think it would be possible if we had better machines. 3 years old rig can`t do wonders, so I`m glad with performance I can still squeeze out of it.
