Aircrafts mid-ocean - is this possible?

How about a floating bird farm? aka Haze Grey and Underway chucks of steel known as a Carrier and you might not get a message from the Intel guys (they might not know about it). But yes the type of Aircraft would tell, No P-38s would launch from a CV but a TBD, Swordfish and even the Hawker Sea Hurricane(until 43) could be launched. I dont know if the Devs modeled the "Sea" Hurricane to be CV or Ship launched?
