[REL] Glass drops removal

I personally like the effect of water drops on windows, it contributes to the effect of wet sensation and inmersion even if it is not realistic.
Anyway others do not like that, so here you have, screen glass water drops removal:

Its one of those things you either like or dont mind you sometimes i dont. Nice to have a choice i'll be using this, thanks.

Does this keep them on the periscopes? There, the effect is realistic, but it's not (for non-glasses wearers) when standing on the bridge.

I don´t think so, I have reworked the bump texture to flat, so everywhere it should be removed. The only way to do it quick. Anyway I`m not sure that drops would be vissible in periscope as the focus is far away from periscope glass.

I just tried your Mod and it worked perfectly in game. Now can you get rid of all the under water particulates ?

Really appreciate this, I totally hate spray on the external camera, really screws up screen shots...

Hey, I love the water drops! I just don't like that a prelude to their arrival is the resetting of animations and smoke emitters.

Another great Mod from Ailantd though, thanks
