Since the Devs are in Romania?
(A land known for Night Walkers and Vampires)
Maybe they didn't visit New York because of all the Ultra Violet lites.
Which is a known killer of Vamps and Night walkers.

It was just because he said "some of the campaign takes place here, outside New York" to the interviewer with the American accent from gamervision that makes you believe the devs are based in New York and everyone's lying you to about Romania?

I did a bit of long distance travel last night and i can confirm that New York is the only interesting place in the east coast to visit, boston, washingtom etc all look like lorient etc. Miami looks like a village!
Havana = boring.
Next person to find an interesting destination gets a virtual pint!
