I searched for the Bismarck as well, and never found her. The swordfish were out in force, and I couldnt stay on top for long. I did run into the Hood and sank her, but never found ArcRoyal or Rodney either. Is the Bismarck actually in the game? I wanted to see the biggest weapon on the high seas, and see if I could help change naval history.

The Bismarck most certainly is in game. Below you can see her (bottom left) heading for Brest but is about to be intercepted by the BBs King George V and Rodney as well as the Heavy Cruisers Norfolk and Dorsetshire. At upper right you can see The Ark Royal with her escorts in attendance....notice the date and time: 27th May 1941 @07:57

Here she is on a broader scale (for map location purposes) a few hours earlier.

Am getting close to that date in my new career using the WarShipMod Bismarck.

Has anybody else using this mod used Bismarck to engage the 'real' Bismarck's attackers?

Thank you Jimbuna. I will be looking for her. I went too far North, looking for her in the Denmark straits.

Alas, I did not get to participate in t6ge Battle of the Denmark Strait, though I did get to take part in what was supposed to be the Bismarck's sinking under the guns of HMS Rodney and HMS King George V while also sailing forth with the Bismarck using the WarShip Mod.

One horrendous thing that kept occurring is that my guns crews kept firing on the other Bismarck! So after each British ship was sunk, I had to hold fire to ensure where my main guns were pointing, to see if they were tracking to the correct ships.

So, with Bismarck's tormentors sunk, to include the carrier group which had done the rudder damage in the first place, Bismarck was saved, though she was still circling round and round when I left her for the night.

Oh, the grid for the final fight is BE53 on the morning of 27 May 1941.
