I think the only thing that has to be done to find more convoys, is to change the radio report range in contacts.cfg. You'll get the convoy reports much earlier and you'll see more of them. Maybe like this:
Display Range To Opportunity Radio Contacts=900 ;[>0] kilometers Display Range To Important Radio Contacts=2500 ;[>0] kilometers |
