Is there a mod to increase convoy frequency?

IC doesn't increase convoy frequency - I think it almost completely keeps it the same, since the original game had it more or less right.

It's the composition of convoys that makes the big difference - convoys in IC are generally a bit larger, and a LOT more varied.

And, since the latest version, they're also more 'slippery', using zig-zags and alternate routes to spoof your plans of catching them too easily
