No, it aint.

But a beginner has to start somewhere, right?
It's exactly what I did, when I tried to get into SH4....I knew next to nothing about US subs, and their hardware.
So I put up a few targets, and started getting familiar with the TDC etc, as I wanted to start a campaign on manual-targetting.
Unlimited torps was just so I didn't had to worry about that bit...after all, I was in "training-mode".

Once that arcade-part is over, you're in for the real deal....happy hunting!

do a save at a point just before setting up your attack. You can then reload the situation over and over for torp training.

Those old training missions are notable by their non-existence in SH5. Another one of those, "what was the point of that?" things...
