I think they mean that in the internal view the eyepiece only comes up so far above the deckplate when it seems that it should come up much higher.

Well yeah I know what ya's mean about the actual height at the top end being a bit lower than the attack scope's is. But in this case it's a bit too much lower, and yes in the control room the eyepiece winds up at about elbow height.
