It should be out very soon. I think ML just needs to wrap up a couple of things and package it up. I just need to fix a couple of propellers on some patrol craft.

As for the changes. YIKES! I can't list them all! I'll tell you we are now at over 850 objects in the database (incl. the stock objects), the list of changes is 26 pages long.

Good news, you guys rock, have you included the nuclear power plant by the French modder?
In France we have Millsab mod version 2.72 out, our Russian colleagues are just fine tuning RA 1.1, we now just miss the Italian AT 3.2 and a whole bunch of new missions.
