Gotta love times like that. Though you did say a bad word... Avaya. I never have been a fan of phone systems. Still, we use em (I avoid working with them at every opportunity) and they are not as bad as some other voip products. The management tools are simple (as most of the "controls" are dealt with by non IT folks) and it does work.

We researched Cisco, but there systems are really costly for a company our size.
It seems Avaya has outgrown some of its troubles, plus they offered more features then Cisco. We talked with current system users and they have nothing bad to say about them, but as in any new step forward, only time will tell. |

Got the server migrated over, now just sweeping up the mess. I suspect this will take a few more weeks, but all in all its looking good so far. There are some major changes in administration, but I'm sucking it in as fast as I can.
