It should be possible in theory. It's just a matter of adding 3rd Flotilla in Flotilla.cfg and Flotillas.cfg (and possibly in de/en_menu.txt) and making its base La Rochelle in the Flotilla.cfg file.
Great! Any possibility this could find its way into RUB1.44? (please)
