certainly it is mouse speed, sensitivity, and acceleration, what you should change for a test.

Is this no longer an issue for people?

I adjusted my DT settings to get a better response time with mildly useful results. Looking around for a more official fix/adjustment.

Yep still an issue and yes I tried adjusting the windows settings.
