That was great.
Can't imagine any developers or publishers doing that with games these days. Pity.

I have to say I do kinda miss some sport games played with the c-64 joystick. I haven't really gotten into the consoles and hate their controls. I've been thinking of ways to get the old c-64 joystick to work on the PC and play NHL or something with it.

Today's console control pads take a bit of getting used to. I got my girls the PS3 and I messed with Assassins Creed on it. Overall the brain gets it done over time as you become familar with the pad.

Those were some epic prizes... especially the sword! Think how much the gold and silver alone would be worth today!

True, true.

One thing, if anyone happens to have old games and especially their packages, you might wanna hold on to those.

I remember getting Earthworld, Waterworld, and Fireworld, and then, each time me and my friend, would play the snot out of it. We were obsessed with winning those cool treasures back then.

The only problem is that without the physical prizes, it makes it pointless to play those games.
