Whatever you decide..it already looks grand!
Just curious, did you plan to use the Type2 Torpedo room too? It would be the openhatch for the twos!

I delete many parts and instruments like the UZO because from U-1 up to U-9 there is no UZO but if the player wich to used it, it is still available via shortcut. By the way i search in the files to locate the pivot point for the crew on bridge any pointer on this? I hope it is not hardcoded i just want to lower the 2 crew members on the steel platform. Take care gentlemens i am going to bed Regards. I have never seen except one picture of the conning tower interior of a Type II, and that one showed almost nothing, but from plans I can tell some details worth modifying:
- The CT is VERY small. A part of the rear space of it is separated and serves for the exhaust intake to go through. There is roughly only 2/3 rds available inside of what you see outside. - The attack periscope is forward, and not rear of the observation one. It is actually very close to the front of the conning tower, and it must have been quite difficult for the commander to squeeze himself between the wall and the periscope to look at a relative bearing of 150-210. Not a big problem, though, since the Type II had no rear torpedo tubes. - The attack periscope is a normal one, not the model with seat and pedals. -The rear part of the CT is occupied by the housing through which the observation periscope (Whose lower part is in the control room) goes up and down. The housing is much thinner than the one for the seat and pedals standing periscope. - The ladder to the bridge is placed before the observation periscope well, perpendicular to the Uboat longitudinal axis. -On the portboard wall of the CT is the Gyrocompass So you could already do a reasonable job by replacing the current standing attack periscope housing with a smaller tube, adding the up and down going attack one, and reducing the conning tower dimensions overall. I have a bigger scan of this Type II plan, if you need it for getting the proportions PM me and I'll upload it for you. EDIT: I'll try to make a scheme for you of the parts I can identify, stay tuned here.
