Well even if it can sound tedious its more realistic for a simulator game.
The subs had thier patroling grids, and just a few of them ancounterd some ships.
Some subs was travelling around the holw war and never sank a ship.

But this is a game and it have to be so that you the captain do all sinkng the germany did. But to give orde to sink x amount of battle ships and cariers is just silly.
A simulator game should reflect all aspects, and just not to simulate the veichle you are in, and to handle. It must have realistic content or its nor a simulator anymore.

That's 110% entirely correct sadly. I could see something like "try to sink a cap ship" but the "sink 7 cap ships before Tuesday" is dumb. heh

I have complete faith that someone will come up with a "more realistic" campaign file once the playability patches are done.
