Hi and welcome!
SH3 with the Grey Wolves eXpansion mod is pretty much the best, still being modded to this day and a must play! Then there's the SH4 in the Pacific Theater (US submarines) or if you prefer the atlantic, the Operation Monsun mod. (as we speak I'm actually reinstalling SH3 myself) And then there's of course SH5 which, plain sux
