Water issue - i need help

I would try the legacy driver with that card. The Catalyst 9.3 or 9.1.

You could also try switching to low water quality & low textures quality in the graphics settings page. This might fix the problem to a certain degree.

Nothing happend. Its time to change video card or wait for some uptade from ubi.
