Note: Flags are correct now. Thx to CDR GIBS for pointing it out,

From timetraveller,

"Okay warriors, here's the list of who's your friend and who's your enemy and who's neutral. I found it in the DefSide.cfg file in C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Roster. I wrote a quick and dirty program to put it into a better readable format. Maybe an enterprising graphic artist would want to put it in graphic form??"

When ever a flag is "viewed" its the done thing to start at Top Left Corner of the flag as the Front top position is all. (Thats as in like here where they are displayed in a 2D layout)

There are many international conventions on how 1 is to display flags, many net sites cover this very thing. They are there for the looking

What flag is divided into four sections, bottom left square is blue, top right square is red, opposite two squares are white, with stars in them, each star is the colour of the adjacent coloured square. Sorry - too lazy to draw it. Just installed NYGM V2 and don't recognize this flag.

Ah. Google. Useful. Panama was under US control throughout the war.

Agreed. I lose days on Uboat.net. I lost three hours the other day reading about the Bismarck battle. Fun though. :p

OK. Dumb question coming up.

Who was India at war with in 1938?

Alternatively, to whom were they Allied?

Those chaps seem a mite too eager to me.

India is a Commonwealth country (ie British, like Canada, Australia, NZ, South Africa etc.)

You will notice all Commonwealth countries have the UJ in the top left corner of thier flags/ensign.

*Edit.. I see what you mean though.. according to that info they are the only country at war with Germany from Jan 1 1938!!!
