Reposition and Continue Patrol

Yes just stay on patrol and continue as long as supplies and fuel allows and if you have to go and resupply. But soon you should get an order to return. Send a status report, that may speed BDu up.
But you'll eventually get the order and will look like this :

Just know that sometimes the patrol order will be complete in the captain's log and BDU will still tell you to continue with your objective. Which is kind of confusing because you don't have one....
