I have seen a mod that gives better tools for the plotting map,where is this mod?

Maybe the link is still somewhere in your browser history list. If you didn't browse every thread you came upon you might find it quite easily.

I personally made, err.. modded this:

But that is nothing special or more realistic. Just more functional and easy to use.
