Register on http://uplay.uk.ubi.com/ and go on the SH5 section. There is a small action/rewards section for us:

Tutorial mission:
Complete the tutorial and first macro objective, "Invasion of Poland" = 10 Upoints

Finish 1st campaign:
Finish 'Total Germany' campaign. = 20 UP

Finished 4th campaign
Complete "Battle of Mediteranean" OR "Operation Drumbeat" OR "Arctic Convoys". = 30 UP

Complete career mode
Complete 'Black May' Campaign. = 40 UP

You also get 10 UP on registering and 10 more when you login the first time. Rewards are not much, the only one I was interested is:
Submarines skins
Two popular camouflage skins which were used by german Uboats during their campaign in Atlantic.

The other rewards are a high resolution wallpaper and 2 more things that seems to be some historical missions:

Royally Sunk
While on her way to Gibraltar the fleet carrier HMS Ark Royal is attacked and sunk by U-81.

Chance of a Lifetime
A lucky Uboat captain has found himself a dream target: the ocean liner Queen Mary.


If you take a look at the AC2 rewards, you can see that Ubi dont give a crap about us, AC2 rewards are really awesome and worth to fight for it.
