Just like in SH3 all the subs models shared the same conning tower and radio/sonar room (with the exception of type II), it seems that in SH5 the only notable difference is in the electrical compartment where the launch tube is not shown.

There were two toilets, usually the "big" one was filled with food and provisions. The smaller one alone had to serve the needs of 40-50 assess.
