Default SH3, StarForce and Windows 7?

Hi all,

After playing SH5 for a while i've wanted to switch back to SH3 for a better realism fix, and also i've only just heard about the GWX3 for it (I know where have I been?)

Now the problem i'm having is that StarForce is failing to install on Windows 7 and I decided to use the 32bit version for compatibility issues on programs (Looks like that didn't help much). Can I get SH3 working then or am I totally scr3wed?

The option I took was to get this version:
http://www.amazon.com/Encore-16560-S...9371645&sr=1-2

No, I likely won't be playing SH2 again, but this version of SH3 comes fully patched to 1.4b, no-disc-required and Starforce-free! And, it's cheap enough to make it worth it.

With the 'Revival' title on it I would say it should be, but I can't guarantee anything I haven't actually seen. Hopefully someone who knows more will see this soon.

Ah, but it's always good to have a backup.

Or an extra drink coaster.

How do you want it?

It is available as an exe file plus 7 bin files or as a torrent containing the above or a single file.

You can also obtain it from http://www.btsmods.com/index.php

where the single file download is split into two parts but easily extracted if both are put into the same folder.

I downloaded the executable as i think it will be easier to install right? I've also got JSGME installed so if i can use that for the smaller files that would work for me too.

You'll need the exe file plus the 7 bin files, put them all into the same folder before extracting.
