Try to change these lines:
[Hydrophone]
.
.
.
Thermal Layer Signal Attenuation=3.0->2,1.0

[Sonar]
.
.
.
Thermal Layer Signal Attenuation=5.0-> 4,3,2,1.0 etc

Lower numbers mean tougher escorts.

ASDIC and sonar have been available at the beginning of the second world war not in this perfection.

With all destroyer types the type 123A is inserted from 1.1.1938 and looks magnificent.
