(REQ) Wind gauge on the watch tower?

Something small like a pennant hanging on the radio wire would be cool.
It would be neat to see it just dangling in the breeze when at all stop on a calm day, or blow off in a hurricane!

ya that would be great. I just wonder if its possible to correlate the wind direction/strength with that sort of animation.

I dought it, or the flags on shipd wouldn't wave under water. If what we want is possible then someone would have fixed the flag problem long ago, I'm affraid.
But if it is, it'd be great!
