My responses so far:
1st one: Recently you requested personal assistance from our on-line support centre. Below is a summary of your request and our response. We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within 48 hours. Thank you for allowing us to be of service to you. 2nd one: We could not find out why you could not log onto our servers. There for we compensate by removing the DRM from your copy of the software. Please do not spread this solution to others..... yea right - i whish

The reason we got offered a stupid snowballing game and AC2 players were offered war games was because SH5 is rated "12+" while AC2 was rated for "adults".
