Not sure if this can be classed as an easter egg or not...

Was ordered to return to base having not completed the "Total Germany" campaign. Went to see the officer to get my new orders, whereapon he says to me "The situation has got worse Bernard"

I did chuckle

Ok back to your French baiting - sorry to have taken the thread off topic

In SH4, there were names of members here at SubSim
coded into the SH4.exe.

I was told by Dan (and tested it, it worked!) that the coffee cup would change images in the office.

Those same names are in the SH5.exe
So is there an Easter Egg like that still hideing?

I can not play the Game to test this as yet!

In SH4 Gold there were several subsimmers' names in the credits as well.

Kresge posted this over in the 'Screenshots' thread:

And some people say they don't care about us.

While rummaging through the code, I noticed a Frigate of the class "What is this?!".

Might be leftover Flying Dutchman bits, or maybe it's simply in there again. At any rate, be on the lookout for a mystery ship.

I saw it once (not in SH5) was a great moment like winning the lotto.

I know this was posted months ago, but in what game did they include the Flying Dutchman? Was it an actual masted frigate? If that's the case I'm going to have to throw on unlimited fuel and sail around the South Pacific looking for R'lyeh.

It is a pity that SH5 doesn't have any Sub with nukes (ballistic missiles)... coz that would be an easy target... just for practice of course!

Would Dieter in a good, cooperative mood be considered an, "Easter Egg?" Also - noted on the, "Flying Dutchman." Having seen her a couple times in the Pacific, I was hoping for a return visit!

Who is this 'Kresge' you speak of? Is he even a member here?

Sorry about that, and sorry I didn't notice your reply until now. Fixed.
