I didn't, but I could understand why.

It's pretty clear that the flashing icons are a bug and therefore should be fixed with a patch. And removing the objectives just seems wrong, since that's basically one of two methods of telling what you're supposed to be doing. Now, I don't often refer to them, but I enjoy having the choice.

What's wrong with using the captains logbook like the time of yore? Why do you need a flashing orange exclamation mark right in your face? Christ, that thing is like a festering bedsore.

Hey Drifter,

I installed the updated version.
All bars are back but now I get CTD when pressing the icons in the upper right part (maybe also before updated version).

I just had 2 CTD's while pressing the nav map (wheel) and captains log (hat).

Did you read the version 1.02 update? I added back in the mission objective message boxes. They still pop up, but only once. Those smaller naughty yellow exclamation icons are still no more.
