pitch black night, probably OT

Beery you're right, the weather and/or darkness could make a night attack impossible, but after more than 20 years of sailing i can tell you most nights are not as black as what i see on my monitor

, you will mostly be able to see the horizon and even buoys with good binoculars and a bit of experience at night. Buchheim mentions they would see the black silhouettes of steamers before the horizon as soon as there were only a few stars. Conditions certainly deteriorated with fog, rain or storm.
It may also have something to do with my monitor, so i guess the mod will be ok for most people.
