[YCFS] Small bug fix for conning tower.

Its meant to be self_do_the _job.

To create a jsgm file

create a folder whit "yourmodname"
In that, make a folder named to; data

and in data put you zone.cfg file

full path will be "yourmodname"/data

And just put that in the MODS folder and activate via JSGME

But i can put up a file for dl for this small bug fix if you wish.
