captainprid Watch Officer Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: Blackpool, England Posts: 347 Downloads: 23 Uploads: 0	Milchcows were not required in the early years of the war due to the proximity of operations to bases, especially when bases were relocated to France. As operations expanded further afield to America etc the VII boats needed resupply. Expect to see them during 1942
