Can I Please Dive From The Bridge?

I understand that you clear the deck before diving but it seems really weird to climb down the ladder, close the hatch behind you, and then order a dive with the crew still on deck. Would the captain be the last one or the first one or what?

Personally I'd like to order a dive and hear the order shouted around "Prepare to dive!" as you hear all of the watch crew scramble down the ladder and clear the deck. Once the last person was off the deck (crew or player, whoever is slowest) then it would trigger the order "Dive!" and down you'd go.

It would be the kind of order where you'd give it but it would be "pending" until the deck clear condition was met.
