It appears to be by itself but not for RTB. Wrong version for RTB. As long as patch RSRDC patch 1.7 means patch 1. I am guessing the .7 is maybe the name just copied from 7z file compression only. Uninstall the RSRD patch 1 file from the Jones generic mod enabler. Check the file structure. For example SH4 file folder/mods/RSRD patch 1/data/remaining files and folders.

Install with JSGME in the following order

RFB
RSRDC_RFBv15_v575
RSRDC_V5xx_Patch1

He's not running RFB. The RTB is Return To Base.
