you can purchase it with the proxy trick but i dont know about downloading it? will it allow you to download if your not in the states???

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE. i bit the bullet since im a single dude who can kind of through money away and purchased sh5 via the proxy thing, and i am downloading now oh boy oh boy excited again. I am in germany so thier is yet hope

Quick tip If you buy it from Impluse:
When you launch the game the first time it's going to ask you for a Key. Right click on the SH5 line under My Games in Impulse and select View Registration to find the key.
