I have a very good and stable connection. Can't remember any downtime the last two-three years.
Bredbandsbolaget, fiber. 100/10mbit.

ADSL 64k
Over all, very reliable. I can depend on it. It's gone down for a several days a few times in the past years. Occasionally it will drop out for an hour or so. It always drops out at 1am for a moment to prevent me hosting things.
