(WIP) U-boat III

Some stuff have been changed and done so far,
I have been working on the intro screen and at
the same time on the Main menu screen.

Both are done and finished, it took almost 3 days
time to make the graphics and implement some
changes over the menu ini file so that the graphic
would have his real visual impact.

Here I post some previews of both screens in game!
