I use CPUID's hardware monitor... Gives you all kinds of good info - from voltages to temps - and not just for the CPU, but for bridges and GPY as well.

No prob, I ran Real Temp and Core Temp, I get same readings on about 35 deg C on idle, 41-44 with some load on, so looks fine. SpeedFan crashes on me btw.
