Actually all these mods should work... but only WITH 3GB swtich, as I also run a lot in WAC4.1.

@JCWolf

After you did the 3gb switch, did you save the textfile? - I guess, but maybe it is better to control the writing, also the spaces between the letters.
Also... did you PATCH the SH3.exe file???

greetings
Han

Do you have and can upload the GWX3 light harbor traffic?

Deleted it by mistake.
Uploaded it on my Mediafire Page, no Problem.

Well, you could atleast look after all relevated features need for the new Pens and exchange / add them to your Harbour Kit. But i don't know how many.. and wich..

Like what mate?

Sorry but didn't understand what you mean!

I tried the full version of the Mod,
Took one by one in the sound files,
until only installed the Harbor kit file and
the result was always the same ,CTD.

The game loads perfect without it, so
my logical conclusion is that somehow
I must have something that interferes
with the Mod when installed, I just can take all
the mods off and try it again .

Yeah, you should try it like i do when something not working.
Enable just one Mod then the new Pens, then remove the Pens when it worked ingame and enable the next Mod and again the Pens...
So you know exactly wich Mod make's your Problems try that and i try to find a new Solution.

Ok...

This is the result of the testings I have made, night look strange for some but did Happened with my game.

I have disabled every single Mod with JSGME:

Then by one at the time installed it and always after install one by one
each time installed WAC4.1 SubPen_animated_18.02.2010 after and
launched the game for testing purposes and to locate the Conflicting Mod.

The result was that everything worked fine until this stage of installed
Mods:

GWX - Axis Mediterranean Aircraft Skins
GWX - Enhanced Damage Effects
GWX - Integrated Orders
GWX - VIIC41 Player Sub
GWX - Alternative Flotillas
GWX 3 St Naz and Schluese and other units V4
WB's GWX campaign with VonDos' ships v2.7
WB - add Q ship
Waterstream+Exhaust Combi V2.3 for GWX3
OLC 'Gold' MkII ~ Environment
WAC4.1 SubPen_animated_18.02.2010

The result was , game running and The Pen installed fully without
removing any files at all, animations worked , sound, everything worked.

------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------

The Following steps were this ,
I uninstall WAC4.1 SubPen_animated_18.02.2010
And proceeded to install the following mods marked in yellow.

First test:

GWX - Axis Mediterranean Aircraft Skins
GWX - Enhanced Damage Effects
GWX - Integrated Orders
GWX - VIIC41 Player Sub
GWX - Alternative Flotillas
GWX 3 St Naz and Schluese and other units V4
WB's GWX campaign with VonDos' ships v2.7
WB - add Q ship
Waterstream+Exhaust Combi V2.3 for GWX3
OLC 'Gold' MkII ~ Environment
FM_NewInterior (Static Beta)
WAC4.1 SubPen_animated_18.02.2010

Test result was CTD after loading finished in the campaign
save at Kiel port.

--------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------

Uninstall WAC4.1 SubPen_animated_18.02.2010 and
FM_NewInterior (Static Beta) and installed the following mods
in yellow to proceed to the second test.

Second test

GWX - Axis Mediterranean Aircraft Skins
GWX - Enhanced Damage Effects
GWX - Integrated Orders
GWX - VIIC41 Player Sub
GWX - Alternative Flotillas
GWX 3 St Naz and Schluese and other units V4
WB's GWX campaign with VonDos' ships v2.7
WB - add Q ship
Waterstream+Exhaust Combi V2.3 for GWX3
OLC 'Gold' MkII ~ Environment
Conning Tower open Hatch091FM
WAC4.1 SubPen_animated_18.02.2010

Test result was CTD after loading finished, in the campaign
save at Kiel port.

---------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------
Conclusion

I do not understand why this happens, cause both files
FM_NewInterior (Static Beta) and Conning Tower open Hatch091FM
Do not have nothing to do with WAC4.1SubPen_animated_18.02.2010

My thoughts

since the WAC4.1SubPen_animated_18.02.2010 includes some
Stationary VII Boats this might originate some kind of conflict after
the install of the Mods that changes their parts , Interior and Other
things.

I would love some one with a little more knowledge on this subject to
really explain to me what can be wrong here cause I simply don't
understand it.

This was made with my best intentions Han, in no way I want to
say anything bad about your Mod or your work at all, you know me
and you know that it is only a way to fix my problem that this
way has been located.

Im useing the new FM Interior too, and have also some Mods activated that change the Interior of the Subs, also New Uboot Skins were activated, that should not effect the Sub Pens.
You said that you load a savegame on your campaign, try to sail to the kiel harbour when you play a Naval School Mission, for example Konvoi Attack. Maybe you must start just a new Campaign.

The old Rule in SH3: Never activate a MOD during Mid-Patrol !

Wonderful for you, that it now works !

Best regards,
