A lot of folks have made a principled decision to not buy it with DRM. I don't think previews or mod discusssion will sway them. If the DRM goes away, they'll happily jump on board.

The nitpickers, I think, are a relatively small bunch. I think they'll likely will go ahead and buy the game anyway.

i bet the people on the Titanic said the same thing when they watched those silly people get into the lifeboats just because the ship bumped something.

EDIT: I'll answer here since the thread has moved on, by nitpickers i mean those who question things and not just ignore them and only see things they like. another way to describe nitpicking is to notice what isnt done correctly

I'm not quite sure what you're getting at. By 'nitpickers', I mean the folks that greet every screenshot with cries of "epic FAIL!!" Do you mean to say those folks are ones seeing things clearly and taking to the lifeboats and those trying to see the positives are the ones foolishly going down with the ship?

not trying to pick a fight, I just didn't understand your comment.

With DRM Ubisoft can give SH5 away and I don't want it.

It's that simple. I buy games I can play anytime and anywhere.

Without internet connection.

Oh, I wouldn't say that. They can give it to me for free, and then tell me how and when I can play it. As I haven't paid anything, I'll gladly accept their DRM. But once I've got my card out, the issue is a hell of a lot different!

Sounds interesting, don't keep us waiting too long!
