Played F-19 a bit too but preferred the F-117 because it ended up flying for real in combat.

Great game!

Anyone else here who played the Commodore Amiga version?

Better version of the intro music on the Amiga!

Absolutely yes! Three chaps changing the joystick every 3 minutes... that was multiplayer at its best... hot seat and cold beer

I liked Jane's WWII flight simulator as well. That was my very first sim.

I LOVE Mechwarrior III. In my opinion, it's the best mech game ever made and no mech game that's come out after it can even hold a candle to it. The only problem is that it HATES Windows XP, even if you change the compatability mode. You end up with enemy units bouncing all around like they were those rubber superballs, not to mention the game crashing every couple minutes. The only way I can imagine running it is to have a virtual machine running Windows 98, or a dual boot to Windows 98. It's sad that there's no patches out there to fix it for XP.
Mech3 was the best of the series IMO as well. It was must damn good. I used my flight joystick to play as well. That made it really cool. I do recall the compatibility mode for 98/xp. It would crash from time to time. Great game.

As far as B-17/Mighty Eight, this could have been a real gem. I did enjoy playing it. Such a shame it was put out to pasture. I also miss MS Combat Flight Simulator 2. Replaced by IL2 eventurally when MS did not support anymore and the servers were taken down.
