If the crew never changes than why have the "passive abilities"? Having a "passive ability" attached to a character only makes sense if there will be an instance where that character won't be there.
Now are we playing a game where there is only one watch for the crew i.e., the same people man the same positions 24/7 for 60 days? That will make crew management a bit easier. ![]()
