SH4 has a new parameter hardcoded and that is correspondly reflected in the menu.ini, allowing to re-scale the 2D items. Basically when applied it seems to rescale everything keeping the 4:3 aspect and using either the original heigth or width of the object as base, depending on what you set the menu-ini to do. I've just added a few images to that post, just to make things more clear.
