Signed. I can only afford to pay my ISP for Internet connection with a download limit of 10 gigs a month so all the time I was playing SHV I would be eating into that 10 gigs and worrying about a financial penalty if I went past my limit.

I personally think that a one time activation is fine, and then confirming that activation in order to download patches or DLC later on. |
