If a publisher wants to force me into tying an offline-singleplayer game to an online service which may well restrict my legal usage of said product and in addition makes it basically impossible to re-sell the product, yes.

Don't be a fool. You have to be able to see that this is just the first step in making us pay a monthly fee to keep the servers up and running. It is just the way these guys work nowadays. It is about nothing more then $$$.
![]() But besides that, I simply do not WANT to be on the internet while I play a game. Period. This is a leash. They can keep the game. Really. All of us can be happy doing other things like improving SH3 even more or, with luck, another subsim will pop up one day. ![]() |
