Which bugs? Are you aware that a RUb 1.43 patch exists? Available from Beery's SH3 downloads page. ReadMe:

RUb 1.43 port fix patch:

-Added missing base markers, including Freetown, Halifax, Port of Spain, San Fernando and Djakarta.

-Fixed the markers on all friendly ports, so that a uboat can spawn there without any issues. This was broken before in most non-flotilla ports and Bergen.

-Large Cargo tonnage reduced.

Remember to save IN PORT before applying this patch.
