whats with the sound in this game?

I have more sounds and noises than I can stand. Men walking, doors closings, one sick guy that coughs all the time, endless sounds. The crew on the deckgun sounds out firing orders, ect.

As for guns, the shells going off make me jump out of my chair, you can hear them zoom past you, depth charges dropping sound great, ect...

Can't recall stock or TMO alone. I do run EAX sound sim and ROW 9 sound or one of the speech mods.....The EAX mod makes sound very realistic, so try some of those, but EAX sound for sure.
It changes all the gun sounds, booms, ect...turned my 5.1 speakers into a bose system.

I thought with TMO alone depth charges dropping, ect., were fine, but if you want sound, just check the mods page for sound mods.
