Call me a sucker, but I'd buy it. If that's what it takes to get them in, I'm there.

"Ubisoft today had great pleasure in announcing new exciting news for all shareholders. In response to limited interest in its latest arcade game, Silent Hunter V, Ubisoft has increased the price from $49.95 to $129.95!!!!

"A source from Ubisoft stated 'This is brilliant news for all players as it allows them to feel completely screwed, rather than just partially screwed as they would have felt parting with only $50'.

"Further, the extra revenue will ensure further development in the Silent Hunter series, with Silent Hunter 6, now exclusive to Nintendo DS Lite, firmly on our agenda for 2027."

That, in itself, will make for the most realistic, immersive submarine experience possible.

A release delay is not a big announcement, it´s a bad thing , so my guess is..

A release date for the VII playable sim , other subs follow in addons or community mods using the VII model interior and non playable 3d models of XI XIII, TII... ( too short time to make all boats playable)

The presence of wolfpacks in the atlantic.

A port of the game for console users ( end of realism, mods, and Sh history)

I definitly feel a delay coming our way. I can just feel it. Indeed i also think it has something to do with wolfpacks and/or other features that they want to implement. Well i was expecting this anyway. I just dont hope they will delay ion to Q3 .

You know, thats pretty funny :P

Unfortunately, you've pretty much summed up the direction that video gaming is going in the last paragraph... It appears we computer gamers are a dieing breed of gamers who enjoy a challenging, long, singleplayer game backed up by a solid multiplayer game instead of a short, mindless, button mashing boring multiplayer game with a 2.5hour single player campaign loaded with so much graphical overload that even the non-epilictic will develope epilepsy...

I smell delay or cancelation... hopefully just a delay...
